Using Visual Currency Converter is simple. Just place the banknote flat between the two red lines on the screen. The value of the note, and the converted value will appear in the top right hand corner of the screen.
The settings page, accessed by pressing the settings button in the bottom right hand corner, allows the user to set which currency will be detected, and also set the currency to which the value of the note will be converted to.
For Visual Currency Converter to function correctly, the width of the flat note on the screen should be equivalent to the distance between the two red lines. As most used notes are not perfectly flat, often the width of the note should be slightly smaller than this. Either side of the note may be used, but the note cannot be upside down.
The strength of confidence that the note is being identified is shown in the bottom right hand corner. Anything above 50% is considered a match.
